After Hurricane Harvey, the amount of destruction in the Houston, Texas area was an estimated $180 Billion. While there thankfully was not a lot of loss of life there was an enormous amount of real estate destroyed.
This apartment complex in Dickenson saw flood waters rise up to 4′ and stay flooded for over a week, so the entire first floor was destroyed.
Our job was two fold: move out all of the residence furniture, clothing, and debris, and then totally gut the complex down to the studs. This project was completed ahead of schedule and well under insurance adjuster estimates.
